Would you eat adhesive glue that’s causing weak bone, extra weight, and constipation?

Dairy is very acidic, leaching calcium from bone
Most of us were told we needed to drink milk for calcium and protein. Milk and dairy products are very acidic, which doesn’t help meat eaters and sugar cravers because these two foods are also very acidic. When the body is acidic, it tries to normalize the blood pH level, by utilizing alkalizing minerals such as calcium. You probably know that 99% of the body’s calcium is contained in our bone and teeth. Therefore, contrary to what most of us believe, milk and dairy products could make our bone frail, leading to osteopenia and osteoporosis.
What about milk aggravating stomach ulcers?
Milk provides brief relief of stomach ulcer pain because it coats the stomach lining. However, milk causes more acid secretion in the stomach, which could exacerbate stomach ulcers.
No fiber nor enzymes in dairy – can make you fat
Another reason for animal foods such as milk and dairy are harder to digest is that they do not contain any fiber nor enzymes. As you read previously, we need fiber and enzymes to digest foods, assimilate their nutrients into the body cells, and eliminate the food waste properly from the colon.
When we cannot eliminate properly, where do they go? The undigested foods and food waste sit in the colon, adding to our unwanted weight. Read about Mega colon in this book.
Would you eat adhesive glue, causing inflammation?
There’s another health reason, besides digestion, to avoid milk. The protein in milk called casein makes an excellent adhesive bond called casein glue. Casein glue has been used throughout history in woodworking to hold furniture together. Some people experience allergic symptoms from casein such as inflammation in the joints and other parts of the body; bloated stomach; skin reactions such as rash; and nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, coughing, or wheezing.
A colon wall coated with cement?
The coating of casein glue from milk and gluten from wheat is baked in the 100 degree Fahrenheit oven of the colon, until it becomes hard, like cement. When the colon wall is thickened with this cement-like substance, the passageway of the colon becomes thin causing constipation, sluggish bowels, and other digestive tract issues. A variety of other toxic body symptoms we discussed earlier in this book could also develop, as well as gaining weight.
What can we drink instead of cow milk?
Nuts and seeds are very healthy and nourishing to our body with ton of good fat (we need nutritious fat for our body cells, organs, and skin) and protein.
Many people replace cow’s milk with almond milk, which you can buy at the stores. You can also make your own nut-/seed-milk at home. When you drink a home-made nut-/seed-milk, you will be pleasantly surprised how fresh, creamy, and delightfully delicious. Moreover, our body very much appreciates the nourishing protein, fat, and vitamins and minerals they provide.
